The section originally stood thus : " One fourth of the total grant made to a school will be handed to the teacher as a personal payment. If a master is dismissed, his share of the grant will go to the school." This addition was sanctioned in E.S.O. No. 3681 of 8th December, 1874, and has been acted upon. It has been inserted in the amended scheme, which I forward for approval.
